Such a pleasant experience. I visited Tisha Miranda's office near closing time to add a new vehicle to my policy. Tisha took her time to explain what my policy changes would be and answered all my questions. I was very pleased that the experience was not rushed even though I am an existing client and the office was going to close soon. The office staff is also warm and welcoming. Tisha Miranda and her staff provide a honest customer service experience that is excellent, from offering a water bottle when visiting, assisting you in customizing a policy that will fit your family, to a Christmas card over the holidays. With their knowledge along with their customer service, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all your help!
I recently moved to the Atwater area and really didn't know anyone here.. I was looking to get a policy for myself and my newborn when I saw Tisha's office one evening while picking up a pizza next door. I have a very busy schedule so I stopped by on a whim the next day in hopes she would have time to speak with me. I was promptly greeted by a smiling receptionist named Chelsey who let me know that Tisha would be able to speak with me in a few short minutes. Once I was able to sit down and speak with Tisha I was so happy to have found an agent for the first time in my life who I felt 100% comfortable with.. It really felt like I knew her my entire life because she's so down to earth and easy to talk to, yet very professional. She was able to look at what I currently had and was able to get me better rates. She explained everything to me in ways I could understand. I really do value her! Thanks Tish!
I just switched from a different insurance company to Tisha Miranda State Farm. I was paying alot more for only auto insurance with less coverage. Judith helped explain coverages and I also got a renters and life insurance policy for less then what I was paying with my old company. All the girls are welcoming and very helpful. Tisha the agent is very nice and welcomed me to the state farm family and chelsie made sure to offer water and gave me a folder to keep all of my documents in. I feel that myself and my family are in great hands with this office. I would recommend this office to everyone. Thank you!
