Good prices not so great security
I GOT ROBBED..EVERYTHING I OWNED..This place is the worst storage in the world.first off i paid $100 at the kiosk & it wpuldnt give me change. When they opened i asked for my change & they said they didnt give change instead they daid the change would be used towards another mobth n half rent.never once offered to use my cgange for insurance. 2 weeks late my lock was cut & I WAS ROBBED..everthibg i own was stolen.i made a police report & the cop told the mngr. to reveiw tge security camera.a week later i asked about the footage & the mngr told me she reveiwed it n SAW NOTHING..she said the cameras only go back a week..I LOST EVERYTHING I OWNED..IM DEVASTATED..I CANT BELEIVE THEY HAVE FENCES N CAMERAS N SAW NOTHING.
The staff member that works here is absolutely one of the sweetest gals, service was fast and easy and the prices are lower than all other storages in town. Very pleased with services so far! No complaints this far. I have been using the facility for about a year now.
I loved coming here she was the sweetest most helpful person ever very nice and welcoming made me feel like my stuff will be taken care of here
