Sometimes they say the wrong name or get mixed up on the gender. Sometimes they don't explain everything that is going on with your pet. Like they say, that it will need to be dropped off for blood work but won't explain that it's going to be 8 hours. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes it seems like they don't want to help you. I wish also that when you had your appointment you could go directly to a private room. Most of the time, they are late.

Calling me 2x about flea treatments when I didn't order them. Vet has seen dog many times in a month, has never mentioned it. I have never seen evidence of fleas. But things that are important like arthritis, diarrhea and Cushings disease, they could care less about any treatments. Knowing that dog will be there for blood tests from 8 am to 5:15 pm but not telling me he will be there that long when I set up appointment or when I ask to check if he needs to fast before. Seeing the dog many times but still calling him a she even when corrected during one conversation. I am extremely angry and disappointed that I took dog here and do NOT recommend it to anyone. Dog is at least 15 years old. I don't have much time left with my buddy. I wanted his last time to be as good as possible. I feel that I just made it worse by putting him thro so much stress of going to this vet . If you care at all about your dog or cat, please take them somewhere else .

just got my dog his rabbies and wellness check up. I like the environment, it's clean and neat. The front ladies are pretty nice. The vet is supper knowledgeable about the environment and she gave me statistics. She was pretty upfront about everything and prices are exact.
